The Project
Cass Information Systems were looking for a new European Headquarters and needed support in finding and assessing the design and fit out costs for a number of shortlisted buildings. We were initially selected to provide design support and to review the suitability of various sites. We provided a recommendation to the client detailing all the positive and negative issues with the various sites. Belvedere House was selected from the short list and we provided costs for the fit out furniture and audiovisual requirements and to support them with the licence to alter application to the Landlords. We also created a schedule detailing various faults with the building and agreed to carry out the repairs for the Landlord during Cass’s programme of works.
Office Fit-Out
The fit out was provided fast-track to allow them to occupy the space in the shortest possible timescales and involved some out of hours working to cause minimal disruption to other tenants in the building.
The final office fit-out project included breakout areas, private rooms, meeting rooms, kitchens, executive offices, a boardroom and numerous electric sit-stand workstations in addition to new data cabling installations.
Audio Visual Technology
We carried out a review of the audiovisual market and following some product trials, we installed the selected solutions in their main conference room and meeting rooms.
