Refurbishment - Slough, UK

Brief

We were tasked with converting a redundant printing and locker area, into a new agile space for informal meetings and touchdown for visiting workers.

The Project

To transform the area, we removed all the existing partitioning, along with the ceiling grid and flooring.

New half height walls were built with an Oak Veneer slat detail above. This provides visual interest, and a casual boundary between the open plan office – the slats were extended over the ceiling as a design detail.

The sofas and stools were provided by Boss Design and the bespoke joinery by Edward Williams; the vinyl flooring by Forbo. We worked closely with the property team to ensure the overall finish complimented the existing colour scheme at the Slough office.

Client Feedback

“Having just taken a look in person, the result is simply brilliant. Very well done to all involved and do pass on my thanks to Mode 4.” - Senior Property Team Member Telefonica O2
