The directors at Trane felt it was paramount that a new lease of life was injected into their ageing office space, with an aim to improve general welfare and productivity at their UK headquarters in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

The Project
The purpose throughout the design and implementation of the office refurbishment project was to create a modern working environment that reflected Trane’s position as a world leader in air conditioning systems.
The actual office fit-out covered the first floor offices and included a stunning waiting area, toilets, directors office, kitchen and a remodelling of the existing reception space.
In order to value engineer the project to meet budgets, we worked closely with Trane and decided to use the existing under-structure of their existing desks and fitted new, contemporary desktops to maximise quality and save costs.
New carpets were installed to add character and style throughout the offices and a 65” smart TV was mounted in the main office space so that the team could stay in touch with world events.
An Avocor 65” interactive screen was installed into the waiting area, acting as a control unit for their world renowned air conditioning units.
